Fledgling Fund / Chicken & Egg Go the Extra Mile

Working Films will guide a select group of grantees from the Fledgling Fund and Chicken & Egg Pictures as they create and refine audience engagement plans for their non-fiction media and film projects. Linking the documentaries to organizations committed to progressive social change will be a key component of the residency. Working Films Announces Departure of Co-Director Molly Murphy After Two and a Half Decades of Dedicated Service

Announcing the 2026 Impact Kickstart Cohort!

Now in its eighth year, Working Films’ Impact Kickstart resources underrepresented documentary filmmakers to develop and implement impact campaigns that meaningfully engage audiences, partners, and supporters.
